How to be an effective Speaker?


                Speaking specially now a days became a tool to earn. When you explore the    net it's very obvious that many people used this to become famous and really to be well-known plus it gives them the opportunity to earn.
  The best example are the creator of their own channel in youtube as we see lots of them use Vlogging or speaking while infront of the camera while telling their insights and information needed by the viewers. 
  Lots of them from different channel use our voices hmm. You might wondering why i said we? because I myself started my own channel in youtube. I started i decided to upload cover songs but soon I will also be using my voice to be heard by my viewers. As  I watched several Vloggers which I truly admire, I thought they are just speaking like talking to people as that but when Im planning on what next video to upload and I want it this time to be a 'Vlog' I admit that my mind and my heart is fighting because I am a loner and I hate talking but I really want my viewers to hear me out.
